Post - Training Manager

Qualification and skills required:

Post-graduation preferably an MBA

Minimum 3-4 Years in process training, part of the experience to be in financial institution.

Experience in a Microfinance Institution gets additional weightage

Good communication skills, both written and spoken

(English, Hindi and local language)

Open to travel in rural interiors, roughly 10-15 days a month.

Design and deliver trainings to different levels of employees in HO and in branches

Create and effectively use different training techniques such as role plays, case studies, group tasks etc. for an engaging and constructive learning

Contents for field employees

Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and customise/design trainings

Ensure employee effective learnings through periodic interventions and assessmeant
