Function: DCL ( Dairy Cattle Loan )

Eligibility:

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA

Experience: 07 to 10 years

Roles & Responsibility:-

1.   Formulation of Business Strategy & administration of overall business development activities in untapped and potential areas in Rajasthan

2.   Would be in- charge of Process, Portfolio and looking after value added products/services in the rural sector for Agribusiness (Dairy and cattle loans(DCL)/ Crop loan etc.) in Rajasthan.

3.   Ensure effective management and productivity of sales staff.

4.   To achieve budgeted business targets of assigned areas month on month basis

5.   Maximizing profits by offering working capital products both fund based and non-fund based.

6.   Maintaining healthy portfolio quality-regular review of loan accounts

7.   Ensuring Customer delight and retention of existing customers by delivering fast disbursement & exceptional service.

8.   To achieve synergy among all the business verticals towards shared objective of capturing business potential and being a market leader in the region
