Key Responsibilities:

Screen and evaluate customer loan applications with a strong focus on KYC and compliance.

Assess income documents and repayment capacity.

Initiate and manage legal, valuation, CIBIL, and verification reports.

Perform credit and risk assessments, including

operational and fraud risk.

Manage a team of 3-5 credit managers across branches in the cluster.

Maintain MIS reports (portfolio, delinquency, etc.).

Train and support sales and credit teams.

Ensure TAT-based task completion and documentationcompliance.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in home loans, LAP, or mortgage lending.

Strong knowledge of credit bureau checks, legal & valuation processes, and loan documentation.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.

Familiarity with KYC norms, technical verification, and regional market knowledge.
